This product earned its name because unit status changes are as simple as a single
click of the mouse.     NO Command Keys, NO Command Lines, NO F-keys are used!   This web-based product is user configurable, whether you
dispatch for a single agency, or multiple agencies.   We interface to the mapping software of your choice or you
can simplify everything by using Google Maps or MapPoint.
Many of our customers will tell you how
reliable the seamless integration is between the DCS CAD and the DCS
RMS system. The process is real time without user intervention
.
Incorporating the editing formulas directly
from the NFIRS 5.0 manual, the incident report data entry has now been
streamlined to help speed up your clerical work. Using the same colors
for each of the various forms, the user is able to step through what
needs to be entered by simply referring to the NFIRS 5.0 Manual. It is
that simple!
The moment a person is brought into your
facility, his/her welfare and security are just as important as yours.
Although the system is deliberately user-friendly, it allows for highly
-detailed input in even the most complicated of situations.
2003 was a banner year for us as we
announced our NCIC/2000 Division. Now certified in many states this
client/server application includes full function, inquiry and mobile.
Written to support native NCIC2000 transactions, the product also
supports imaging.
The DCS Mugshot system consists of the ability to capture and display images as well as creating
electronic lineups. Because the photos are stored on the same server as the DCS products, photos are immediately
available to all users throughout your network, including the mobile units.
DCS has developed a real-time AVL system using MapPoint. Not only does
this application collect the locations of all units, it is also updates simultaneously
with the live data from CAD. No other vendor is doing this today.
Field Reporting, one of the modules within
our mobile application, provides your agency with significant
efficiencies, allowing officers to reallocate time to the performance
of community oriented policing endeavors. With data populating the
reporting forms directly from the CAD system, reports can be written
incredibly fast.  Data is NEVER stored on the mobile unit.
Today more than ever, people are embracing the Internet as a means to do business. This application introduces an entirely new way of handling routine police calls such as lost property, abandoned cars, and the like.
People no longer have to make a trip to your department, or wait for an officer/deputy to arrive. Reports can be filed anytime;  while at home, traveling on business, or at the office.
